  • Unfortunately, The Simmons Company only specializes in valuing commercial real estate and we do not appraise single-family residential properties.

  • The Simmons Company proudly serves all 105 counties in Kansas. Project-specific appraisal assignments are also considered in neighboring states and throughout the United States. Please contact us to discuss your valuation needs.

  • Typically a commercial appraisal will cost anywhere from $1,500 to $5,000. The fee may vary depending on the scope of work, property type, location, and timing. For complex and/or special use properties, the fee can go as high as $10,000+. Don’t be influenced away from receiving a quality appraisal based on cost. Find an appraiser who has the experience and professionalism you can trust.

  • Normally, a commercial appraisal takes three to four weeks to produce, depending on the type of property, scope of work, and information needed. Delays in collecting this necessary information can slow the process considerably. It is helpful to get all of the information needed to the appraisers upon engagement.
